Description of AgencyFamilies Together in New York State is an organization staffed by family members helping children, youth and families with social, emotional or behavioral concerns. They help strengthen families, help them find their voice, become empowered and thrive. They inform, educate and connect families so they can help themselves and others in similar situations. Families Together in Albany County can provide social and recreational opportunities for youth who are isolated from others due to their challenging behaviors and provide educational opportunities and networking for all families and community members through a variety of workshops and parenting support groups.
